This program helps you deeply connect with your growing baby, invite a divine soul into your womb, and nurture your child using ancient wisdom, ayurveda, and garbha sanskar practices.

The Garbha Sadhana Program is more than just a prenatal care routine; it is a holistic approach to empowering both body and mind in preparation for a natural, harmonious birth. You will empower your body for a natural birth, manage labor pain, and foster vibrant energy within your baby.

By deepening your understanding of your body’s wisdom, the physical changes in your body and your baby’s development, you’ll be equipped to navigate this sacred time with grace and confidence. We focus on both your physical and emotional well-being, ensuring that you and your baby are mentally strong and prepared for life ahead.

Through practices rooted in yoga, mantras, and rituals, you will not only support the physical growth and vitality of your baby but also awaken and nurture their consciousness long before their first breath.

  • Classes are in Indian Standard Time zone (IST) only

  • Recordings are available for self practice.

Below is the overview of the program, remember since we customize what is better for you in your pregnancy journey the things covered in the program will be way more than what you see here.
We conduct guest lectures and sessions too where we bring in experts to inform you about nutrition, sound healing session and parenting.

Nurturing Maternal Well-being
  • Prioritizing the mental & emotional well-being of the mother along with the physical needs. This ensures that both the mother and the baby are mentally strong and ready to face life as it comes.

Nutritional Guidance
  • General nutrition and diet instructions will be provided so you can eat healthy nutritious meals for yourself and the growing baby.

    Separate personalised nutrition and diet plan is available for Garbha Sadhana members as follows -

    1 plan is provided per Trimester

    • (3 trimesters - Rs. 3,000/- total)

    i.e Rs. 1000/ trimester.

    High risk pregnancies and those who have chronic ailments are advised to take
    a per month plan

    • (9 months - Rs. 9,000/- total)

    i.e Rs. 1000/ month.

    WhatsApp support and follow up is included in both plans.

    Under a personalized plan you receive guidance about eating outside, lifestyle and cooking management too.

  • Pranayama techniques enhance oxygenation, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.

  • By practicing mindful breathing, you can achieve emotional stability, balance hormones, and create a sense of calm, supporting both physical and mental well-being during pregnancy.

Awakening the Unborn's Consciousness
  • Awakening and enlightening the consciousness of the unborn child through various practices or rituals.

  • In Garbha Sadhana some rituals are believed to stimulate the baby’s awareness and connection to the surrounding world, fostering mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual growth even before birth. Such practices can promote a sense of peace, love, and harmony, contributing to the holistic development of the child’s mind and soul.

  • Building strength and endurance in the pregnant woman's physical and mental health and setting her ready for the natural birthing process.

    Charges approx Rs. 3,000 per month.

Meditation and sound healing
  • Using the right kind of music and mantras to create a soothing and peaceful atmosphere for the baby. This majorly helps the baby grow into a calm being.

  • Garbha Sanskar encourages the mother to engage in practices that stimulate the baby’s brain development, such as listening to classical music, reciting mantras, and reading aloud. The repetitive nature of mantras or positive affirmations has a calming and stimulating effect on the fetal brain.

  • Practices such as meditation, deep breathing, and mindfulness can help the mother manage stress, which in turn benefits the baby’s emotional resilience.

Fetal and Maternal Growth
  • Explaining the changes and growth that happen in the fetus and the pregnant woman. When you know your body better, you know how to manage things well.
