Mode of Program -
All the programs Conducted online the classes are conducted via video conferencing tools zoom or Google meet all the classes the information is kept private it is not shared with any third party software or vendor
By joining the program you are consenting for the terms and conditions of the program and the curriculum some or all of the classes are recorded depending on which program it is and the participants attending the life classes need to know that you have consented to be like session.
Recordings of the classes are provided only for Garbha Daan and Garbha Sadhna program.
You must note, Shodhan program does not have recordings, only in case of guest lectures or meditation sessions recording will be provided for shodhan members.
Once you enroll in the program it is assumed that you have read through the terms and conditions provided on the website and on each and every program page.
In case of any doubts or future discrepancies while you are enrolled with us we will redirect you to the terms and conditions on this site.
In case you do not agree with the same you may choose to terminate your membership with us.
Recordings are only provided for the members who regularly attend the live classes as the programs are not run on recording only basis.
We expect a minimum 75% of attendance for the live classes we understand that due to work of his home and other commitments time zone you may not be able to attend the life classes every time but keep in mind that it is important to attend live because you to get your questions answered about any discomfort due to any dietary reasons or asan, posture or form.
We hold the right to make changes to the program curriculum, schedule, fee structure, other terms and conditions, include or exclude any aspect from the program as we deem fit.
It is your responsibility to check the time zone as per your suitability. Do not be under the impression that you will be provided recordings. It is clearly and visibly stated in many sections of the website and the program pages too that classes, workshops, meditations etc are conducted only in Indian Standard Time zone.
Some basic house rules -
Members are expected to be punctual and attend live classes as much as possible.
Check your email for any official communication.
Reach out/reply on email.
We expect you to communicate in a civilized manner.
Any kind of bullying, disrespect or misbehaviour towards the instructors or other members of the program will not be tolerated.
Any kind of harassment or ill minded behaviour towards the instructor or other members will be taken seriously and it may result in termination of your membership.
When you join the program you take the responsibility to follow the instructions given during the class or regarding any ongoing routines to be followed by you. For example a dietary routine to be incorporated for a certain duration based on the instructor's advice.
Any equipment charges, medicine charges, cleansing therapies, pranic healing sessions are not included in the program unless otherwise clearly stated in the program details.
Medicine and equipment charges are to be borne by you.
All the official communication is done via email only.
Whether you want to communicate to us regarding the fees, pausing the program or cancelling your membership it is a must that you let us know via email.
By joining our program you consent to the following -
Depending on which program you are in you may or may not be seen in the class recordings
Communication on WhatsApp for day today updates
Adding you to the relevant community or WhatsApp group for the program
Receiving any promotional offer for the programs we may organise during the week during the duration of your program
Receiving emails about submitting feedback for the program
REFUND -
‼️All important communication (Confirmation, Onboarding, Class Joining Links, WhatsApp Group Link, Invoices and Reminders etc. will be sent to you via EMAIL only.
For clients opting for our installment payment plan:**
A 50% refund is applicable in case of cancellations.
The remaining 50% covers the processing and administrative fees incurred during the installment period.
For clients who have chosen the one-time payment option:
A 30% refund can be processed in case of cancellations.
This policy ensures fairness and transparency in handling refund requests.
This policy is in place to account for the resources, time, and commitment we dedicate to our clients throughout the program.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these terms.

Any information practices knowledge share provided to you during the program is purely for information and educational purposes only
As a certified yoga practitioner and teacher I have learnt many things over the years from different sources and a lot of the knowledge is based on the ancient methods, information & practices passed down from generation to generation.
Depending on your Prakriti that is vaat, pitta, kapha, some practices dietary routines may or may not be suitable for you; this will be informed to you during the classes from case to case basis.
For any of our programs the medicine charges are not included in the program fees.
The medicine concoction provided by our in house Vaidya is given based on the patient history, medical concern and diagnosis.
Mixing one, two or more medicine routines may result in unforeseen complications; it is advisable that you follow only the given medicine routine as mixing the same with allopathy could have probable side effects.
NOTE - Kindly do not send us your medical reports or health history without having word with me first. Your health history is your private information and we do not take the responsibility to respond to any such unsolicited emails.
JURISDICTION -
Any and every legal dispute arising out of the program membership will have legal jurisdiction in Pune only.
we expect you to convey any discrepancies felt, dissatisfaction, issues regarding the program to us via email or during the consultation which is included in the program.
COPYRIGHT INFORMATION -
Members of the programs and site visitors must note that the information/material provided in the form of digital downloads, classes, special/guest lectures, videos and text is for information and educational purposes only.
We are not responsible for any action or inaction on the part of the member or site visitor in case of mixing of more than one or more practices along with what is taught in our programs.
The responsibility lies with you to do your due diligence and make an informed choice.
Consult your physician or health professional before enrolling in any health course.
No part of the website either in part or in whole shall be repurposed or redistributed as your own. Any infringement on the content in part or whole will lead to appropriate legal action.

1:1 Consultation Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation:
If done via Razorpay, you’ll receive an email with a link to book your date and time for consultation. Make sure to use the booking link to schedule a time slot for your call.
If done via Bank Transfer or UPI, submit the form with your details and payment screenshot. It will take a day or two to get approved and then you’ll receive your booking link.
You’ll receive a confirmation from our Calendly account after you book your slot, so please save it safely until you’re done with your call. We will not be sending any reminder notifications before your call apart from that email.
After payment confirmation, you must book your slot within 1 month of the payment date. If you don't, your booking will lapse, and no refund will be provided.
2. Consultation Timeliness:
Punctuality: Please ensure that you are available and ready for your consultation at the scheduled time.
Late Show-Up: If you are late for your consultation, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. This ensures that subsequent clients are not inconvenienced. If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notification, the consultation will be considered a no-show (see below).
3. No-Show Policy:
No-Show: If you fail to attend the consultation without prior notification, the session will be considered a no-show, and the full consultation fee will be charged. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.
Emergencies: In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please use the ticket system to create a ticket as soon as possible and inform us. While no-show charges typically apply, exceptions may be made at our discretion in genuine emergency cases.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellations:
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can reschedule once at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the consultation may be subject to a rescheduling fee or may not be accommodated, depending on availability.
Cancellations: A 50% refund is applicable in case of cancellation made more than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. The remaining 50% covers the processing and administrative fees incurred. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the consultation will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Technical Issues:
Online Consultations:
If the consultation is held online, please ensure that you have a stable internet connection and access to the necessary platform (e.g., Zoom, Gmeet, Whereby). In the event of technical difficulties on your end, the session will proceed as planned, with any lost time considered part of the consultation.
If technical issues arise on our end, we will reschedule the consultation at no additional cost.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality:
All consultations are private and confidential. Your personal information and consultation details will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
8. Refund Policy:
50% Refunds are only available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time, as outlined above. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations.
9. Disclaimers:
Consultations are meant to provide guidance and support, but they are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. It is your responsibility to seek the appropriate professional advice when needed.
